Order Placement
Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:30 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Order fulfillment is subject to stock availability at the time of order placement and processing.
Non-Stock Items
Items marked as “call for availability” are non-stock items and will be ordered from our supplier if available. Shipping times and availability are at the supplier’s discretion. Stock counts and pricing for these items may change without notice. The listed price applies only to current in-stock items.
Shipping Orders
Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM EST will be shipped the same day if the item is in stock and located at a single location. Non-stock items will be shipped based on availability. Your selected UPS shipping preference will commence once the item is shipped.
The shipping prices listed on HVACDiscounters.com are quoted estimates for commercial addresses. Shipping to residential addresses may incur an additional charge of $10 or more. The final shipping cost will be determined based on the package’s size, weight, and destination (residential or commercial). These details will be entered into the UPS system to calculate the actual shipping price. The final shipping cost will be reflected on your invoice. If there is a significant price change of $20 or more from the quoted estimate, we will notify you via email before processing your order.
HVACDiscounters.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if a pricing error is discovered. If an order is canceled due to a pricing discrepancy, any payments made will be refunded immediately.

Returns

For all returns, unless the incorrect item was sent, shipping fees will not be credited back. Only the item amount, less any restocking fees, will be refunded.
